What we collect & why When you sign up, we collect only what's needed to run the matching questionnaire and the programme itself: first name, work email, and the answers given in the questionnaire. We never collect home address, personal phone number, personal email, political or religious views, or the content of any correspondence.

How we use it to match employees across departments and life stages, and to run the weekly prompts and matching cycle inside the portal. Never for advertising, and never sold or shared with any third party outside of delivering the service.

What we never collect message content between matched colleagues, personal contact details, or any data unrelated to the matching and prompt service itself.

Your company's data your organisation is the data controller for your employees' information. Loopr acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement, processing information only as instructed by your company and only for the purposes of running the programme.

What HR sees participation rates, completion rates and aggregate engagement trends only. HR never has access to individual message content, at any point.

Employee rights any employee can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time, either through their HR team or by emailing hello@loopr.co.uk directly. We respond within 30 days.
